The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estevam motions for Joaquin to come forward. Estevam throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Joaquin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Estevam.
Estevam lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Ravishing Joaquin has been cut.
Estevam throws a series of punches but Joaquin avoids them all with ease.

Estevam closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Joaquin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Estevam prevents it.

Estevam's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Yves Estevam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ravishing Joaquin.

Estevam throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Estevam thuds his right hand into Joaquin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Joaquin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Joaquin is still on wobbly legs! Can Estevam finish him?
Estevam throws a right and a left that both miss.
Estevam finds Joaquin's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Joaquin flops back against the ropes, eyes gazing into the distance. Estevam lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Joaquin will be OK.
