Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Garnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerron Nimoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garnett comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jerron Nimoh!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nimoh throws a poor cross that misses
and Garnett counters with a nice uppercut.
Garnett staying out of range there.
Garnett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nimoh misses with a double jab.
Nimoh thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nimoh throws the kick towards the body but Garnett avoids it.
Garnett lands a nice looking body shot.
Nimoh takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Garnett throws a low kick but Nimoh avoids it.
Nimoh lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Kelvin Garnett has been cut.
Nimoh misses with a head kick.
Garnett misses with a looping right.
Nimoh takes a swing at Garnett's ribcage but misses.
Garnett throws a leg kick which misses Nimoh's front leg but catches the back leg as Nimoh tries to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nimoh misses with a left hand
and Garnett counters with a head kick. That will keep Nimoh thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Nimoh keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A slow jab from Nimoh misses its intended target.
Garnett throws a shot from downtown. Nimoh moves away and avoids it.
Nimoh darts in looking for a takedown but Garnett gets double underhooks and turns Nimoh into the cage.

Garnett manages to break the clinch.
Kelvin Garnett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Garnett misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nimoh jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Nimoh bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Garnett's head backwards.
Nimoh throws a leg kick that misses.
Garnett swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nimoh counters with an outside leg kick.
Nimoh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Garnett.
Nice defenses there by Nimoh.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nimoh tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Garnett was well out of range. Poor timing from Nimoh.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice shot lands for Nimoh.
Garnett takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Nimoh throws a lazy right hand but Garnett sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nimoh bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nimoh cracks the inside of Garnett's front leg.
Some bone on bone action there as Garnett checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nimoh blocks a low kick nicely.
A left lands for Nimoh.

Nimoh cracks Garnett with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nimoh has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Garnett to stand back up!

Garnett is rocked!

Kelvin Garnett's cut is getting worse.
Garnett gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Nimoh gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Garnett is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
