Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Stinkson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Hannibal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Hannibal has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mark Hannibal!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stinkson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hannibal tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Stinkson is in Hannibal's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Stinkson trying to control the position from guard on top but Hannibal is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Stinkson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hannibal trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Hannibal is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Hannibal wants to sweep here but Stinkson controlling him for the moment.

Stinkson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stinkson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hannibal is looking to cinch up a triangle. Stinkson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Hannibal's body to avoid the submission. Hannibal has instead reached around Stinkson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hannibal arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Mark Hannibal!
A relieved looking Mark Hannibal thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
