The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man pivots, looking for a leg kick but Jones is out of range and Man settles back down.
Man connects with a solid leg kick.
Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've been hearing reports that Jones has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Man gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Good leg kick by Man there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Man scores with a one two! Jones had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Man jerks Jones's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Jones drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Man goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Man because Jones was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Method Man tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
