The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Norman counters with a three punch combo that has Barton backing up. Barton nods at Norman to acknowledge the strikes.

Norman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Barton sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Norman somewhat.
Norman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Barton but Barton pushes him off and we're back to square one.
