Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Momo Sy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerald Minor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sy comes to the cage accompanied by Kamala Theme. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sy looks to land a combination but Minor avoids it well.
Minor checks a leg kick.
Sy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Minor dives in for a single leg takedown but Sy sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sy has had enough of the clinch but Minor keeps him there for the moment.

Minor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Minor goes for a double leg but Sy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sy continues to drive forward.
Minor is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Sy looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Minor closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sy to the mat! Sy manages to get full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Sy is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Minor stands and throws Sy's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sy is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Minor asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Minor connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sy some visible discomfort.

Minor is trying to get an arm triangle but Sy is defending well.

Minor has hold of Sy's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Sy seems comfortable defending it but Minor has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Sy is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Sy is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Minor couldn't care less - he's delighted!
