Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asiong Salonga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asiong Salonga has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Adam Jensen's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Jensen or perhaps it was just good defense by Salonga which made him look bad.
Jensen blocks a head kick by Salonga.
Jensen closes the distance looking to clinch
and Salonga counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Salonga throws a sloppy head kick and Jensen moves out of range easily.
Jensen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jensen.

Salonga shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jensen is trying to defend but Salonga finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Jensen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Salonga pinned against the cage. Salonga gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Salonga shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jensen sprawls well. Jensen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Salonga gets slowly back to his feet.
Jensen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Salonga swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jensen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salonga is fending him off so far but Jensen persists. Nope, Salonga circles away and we're back to standing.

Salonga closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jensen did well to prevent Salonga getting side control.
Salonga really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jensen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jensen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Salonga does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jensen lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.

Salonga has gone for a leg lock! Jensen slips out almost immediately though and dives into Salonga's guard.

Salonga dives in and grabs Jensen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jensen pushes down on Salonga's head and hops out.

I would just about give that final round to Asiong Salonga.
