Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ned Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Dighead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gein comes to the cage accompanied by 'Mama Said Knock You Out' by LL Cool J. Curtis Dighead is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Ned Gein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Curtis Dighead!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dighead fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Some wild striking there from Dighead.
Dighead throws a sloppy head kick and Gein moves out of range easily.
Dighead pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Curtis Dighead seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gein throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Dighead lands a left and a right that send Gein crashing to the mat, dazed. Dighead thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Gein is rocked!


It looks like Ned Gein has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gein shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Oh Gein is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gein looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dighead keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Gein seems to have got his legs back now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dighead won't allow Gein to pass to mount.
Gein thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Gein seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dighead does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Gein wants to pass to mount but Dighead is defending the position.
Dighead is refusing to be controlled, as Gein sits in half guard.
Gein missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Gein is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dighead has managed to free his arm - good work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dighead is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Dighead wants to improve his position but Gein is controlling well.
Gein is pressing down on Dighead's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dighead is holding on for now.
Dighead is trying is best to control the position here.
Gein tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dighead knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Gein is looking to pass Dighead's guard but actually Dighead recovers to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dighead looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gein is one step ahead there.
Gein wants to pass the guard but Dighead is keeping the position.
Gein trying to move into half guard but instead Dighead has managed to sweep!
Gein is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dighead controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dighead slips nicely into half guard.
Gein is not content to let Dighead control the position.
Gein trying to control but Dighead postures up.
Dighead is trying to control. Gein wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Dighead with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Dighead blocks the strikes from Gein.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dighead tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gein controls his leg.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Curtis Dighead was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Gein steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dighead. That one must have hurt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Curtis Dighead dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ned Gein's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Dighead connects with a high kick.
Dighead thows a body kick. Gein tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Curtis Dighead is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Gein closes the distance looking to clinch
and Dighead counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Gein! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Dighead!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Curtis Dighead!
