Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Troy Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baptista Fadda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fadda tries to clinch up.
Nice takedown defense from Powers. No joy for Fadda on that attempt.

Powers seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

and Powers counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fadda thinking.
Fadda darts in looking for a takedown but Powers gets double underhooks and turns Fadda into the cage.

Powers lands a big right hand that drops Fadda! The killer instinct kicks in and Powers finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Powers!
