Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Helio Perrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moreno has chosen Remembranzas as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Helio Perrera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paulo Moreno!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreno moves to clinch but Perrera breaks away
and Perrera counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Perrera throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Moreno works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Perrera working the head and body with strikes.
Perrera trying to pass the guard but Moreno defending well.
Perrera passes the guard and advances to mount!
Perrera pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Perrera lands a big elbow - Moreno is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Moreno is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Helio Perrera!
