The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chop misses with a right hand
and Britton counters with a nice uppercut.
Britton ducks under a wild hook from Chop.
Britton lands with a shot to the body.
Chop misses with a looping left.
Chop thows a body shot but no joy.
Chop rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Britton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Britton fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Chop swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Britton lands a really nice looking cross but Chop seems unphased.
Chop moves forwards but Britton connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Britton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chop avoids it really well and circles away.
Britton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Chop but Chop pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chop throws a body punch but Britton moves out of range.
No joy there for Britton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Britton cracks Chop with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Chop takes a swing at Britton's ribcage but misses.
Britton bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chop's head.
Britton feints a jab promting Chop to slip. Britton then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Chop slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Britton counters with a right hand that sends Chop tumbling to the canvas! Can Britton finish him? He dives into Chop's guard looking to do just that!

Britton gets to his feet and stands over Chop, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Chop felt that one! Britton unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Chop from any more punishment!
