Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexander Finley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pim Kanajawan!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kanajawan darts in and clinches Finley up against the cage.
Kanajawan controlling the action here for a moment.
Finley jumps guard but Kanajawan stands there with Finley around his waist. Finley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Finley's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Finley is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kanajawan is defending well.

Kanajawan breaks the clinch.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kanajawan.
Kanajawan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kanajawan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kanajawan throws a sloppy head kick and Finley moves out of range easily.
Kanajawan throws a quick inside leg kick.

Finley gets caught napping as Kanajawan dives in and scores a takedown. Finley manages to retain guard.
Kanajawan's corner is telling him to maintain position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
It looks like Kanajawan might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Finley is trying to control the position but Kanajawan postures up.
Kanajawan content to stall in guard here.

Pim Kanajawan has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A left and a right from Kanajawan both land. Nice combination.

and Finley counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Some wild striking there from Kanajawan.
Kanajawan feints and then cracks Finley's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Finley down.

Finley gets tackled into the cage by Kanajawan. Kanajawan maintains the clinch.
Finley tries to pull guard but Kanajawan won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexander Finley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kanajawan prevents a takedown attempt there.
Finley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kanajawan smiles and moves away.

Kanajawan lands a big head kick that sends Finley tumbling to the mat! Kanajawan takes a step backwards and waves Finley back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Finley is rocked!

Kanajawan throws a powerful right kick. Finley tried to block low but the kick was high! Finley was taken right off of his feet! Kanajawan jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
