Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Titus Sanford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frty Gfde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frty Gfde is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sanford manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gfde manages to get himself to full guard.

Sanford drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanford jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gfde is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Gfde might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sanford haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

You can see the frustration on Gfde's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Sanford could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
