Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kid Diddler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Sparrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparrow has chosen Yo, Ho! as his entrance music. Kid Diddler looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kid Diddler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Sparrow!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Steve Montenegro and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Sparrow.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Sparrow thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Diddler is looking for a sweep.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Diddler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sparrow swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sparrow is on top in guard.

Sparrow has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Diddler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Diddler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sparrow has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Diddler has managed to get both his arms back between Sparrow's legs - danger averted.

Diddler stands up over Sparrow, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Diddler drops back looking for a leg! Sparrow is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sparrow manages to kick Diddler off! Diddler jumps back into Sparrow's guard.

Sparrow manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Diddler on his heels. He'll look to pass Diddler's guard now, I'm sure.

Sparrow wants to finish this one by submission but Diddler is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sparrow.
Kid Diddler has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Sparrow has control of Diddler's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Diddler regains control of the situation pretty easily.

I've got Sparrow winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
