Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Kevin James and Tyson Clay. Tyson Clay is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Kevin James! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Tyson Clay!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Clay avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
James dives in for a single leg takedown but Clay sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

James jumps guard.
Clay looking to sit in guard and control but James gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Clay looking for a guillotine here but James defends easily.
James wants to control from the top but Clay keeps moving.

Clay escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. James gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Clay stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. James swivels though and keeps the full guard.

James is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Clay is aware though and is defending well.

Clay drops back looking for a leg! James is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and James manages to kick Clay off! Clay jumps back into James's guard.

Clay has gone for a leg lock! James slips out almost immediately though and dives into Clay's guard.

James is persistently looking for the submission but Clay is defending it well.

Clay defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of James's arms.

James tries for a kimura but Clay is defending well.

James is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Clay has escaped the position, nice work there.

James is looking to take a break and control but Clay is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

James goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Clay has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for James but great work by Clay.

James makes his way to full guard. A much better position for James.
