Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Apollo Takamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daemon Blackfyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blackfyre has chosen Mojo So Dope as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackfyre tries to bum rush Takamura with a series of wild strikes but Takamura uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've been informed that Blackfyre has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

The fighters circle momentarily. Blackfyre darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Blackfyre throws a switch kick that catches Takamura on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Takamura looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Takamura flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
