The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mytilinaios bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cunther's head backwards.

Mytilinaios looking to score a takedown here. Cunther is defending well but Mytilinaios drives through and ends up in Cunther's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cunther can do anything to dispel that myth.
Mytilinaios drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mytilinaios jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
