The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Calypso shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Emelianenko as he jumps to the side.
Emelianenko jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Calypso can't get the takedown.

Emelianenko digs a right hand underneath Calypso's ribcage. Calypso let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Emelianenko has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.
