Stewart has chosen Wiz Khalifa - Work Hard Play Hard as his entrance music. Eric Stewart looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Stewart throws a body kick that misses
and Hing Jr finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Stewart looks winded!

Hing Jr moves into the clinch.
Stewart wants to break the clinch but can't.
Stewart is trying to push Hing Jr away but Hing Jr has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Hing Jr breaks the clinch.
Hing Jr avoids the head kick by Stewart.

Hing Jr shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hing Jr showed some decent athleticism there.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hing Jr working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hing Jr frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Hing Jr is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Stewart can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Stewart is in a horrible position here. Hing Jr smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Hing Jr working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Stewart looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Hing Jr! Submission of the night perhaps?
