Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teemu Tainio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holt comes to the cage accompanied by Brooklyn Nine-Nine Theme Song. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tainio swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Holt to counter with a crisp jab.
Holt misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tainio.

Holt is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tainio.

Tainio is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Holt to keep the fight standing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Holt throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Holt lands a nice shot to the body.
Holt lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Holt lands a hook to the side of the head.

Tainio is fighting off a takedown attempt but Holt is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tainio to the mat. Tainio regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Holt makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Holt has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Holt content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Holt is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Holt decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tainio, up you get!

Holt grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Tainio takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Holt cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
