The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganger misses with a hook.
NKone walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Ganger lunges at NKone with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by NKone's hand.

Ganger throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. NKone tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ganger is in NKone's guard.
NKone will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ganger working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

NKone throws a jab when Ganger was well out of range.
NKone lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Ganger fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. NKone sprawls well initially but Ganger persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ganger passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for NKone!

NKone bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ganger's guard.

NKone got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ganger has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, NKone has managed to get both his arms back between Ganger's legs - danger averted.

Ganger isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. NKone stacks Ganger on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by NKone!
