Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maester Ochu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ochu comes to the cage accompanied by Clutch - The Incomparable Mr. Flannery. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ochu lands a jab to the head.
Barry Allen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Allen throws a head kick that Ochu semi-blocks.

It looks like Maester Ochu has been cut.
Allen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Allen blocks a head kick by Ochu.
Allen scores with a head kick. Ochu tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ochu pivots, looking for a leg kick but Allen is out of range and Ochu settles back down.
Ochu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Allen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Ochu takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
No joy there for Ochu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Allen works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Allen lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ochu backwards.
Allen tries to stall but Ochu uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ochu swings wildly with an uppercut but Allen uses good head movement to avoid it.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ochu.
Allen lands an uppercut.
Ochu lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Allen has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.

Allen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Allen takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Allen lands a lovely overhand right.
Allen takes a swing at Ochu's ribcage but misses.
Allen throws a nice outside leg kick.
Allen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Allen throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Ochu avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A combination from Allen does no damage.
Ochu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Allen moves out of range of the body kick from Ochu.
Allen thuds his right hand into Ochu's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Ochu throws a body kick that misses.
Ochu takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Ochu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Ochu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Allen lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Allen connects with a solid leg kick.

Oh Ochu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Allen thows a body shot but no joy.
Ochu seems to have got his legs back now.

Ochu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Allen circles away quickly and effectively.
Allen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ochu doesn't seem bothered though.
Allen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ochu's head backwards.

Maester Ochu's cut is getting worse.
Allen lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ochu at a distance.
Allen lands a nice looking body shot.
Ochu throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Allen lands a lovely overhand right.
Allen thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ochu if he has to take too many more of those.
Ochu misses with a few strikes there.
Allen throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ochu counters with a one-two to the body.
Ochu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Ochu manages to get to full guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Barry Allen dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Nice defenses there by Allen.
Ochu checks the leg kick.
Ochu walks into a left hand.
Ochu takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Allen misses the shot to the body.

Crunch! Allen slams his shin into Ochu's torso.

Allen gets a clinch.
Allen has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Ochu swings wildly with an uppercut but Allen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Allen digs a right hand underneath Ochu's ribcage. Ochu let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters circle, before Allen throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ochu's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Allen lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
