Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marc Lewis Dillinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando Dimagiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rolando Dimagiba has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marc Lewis Dillinger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rolando Dimagiba!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dimagiba tries to clinch but Dillinger is having none of it.

Dillinger shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dimagiba is trying to defend but Dillinger finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Dillinger is trying to work for a kimura but Dimagiba is defending well.

Dillinger is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dimagiba is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Dillinger is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dimagiba sees it coming and defends easily.

Dillinger stands up and waves to Dimagiba to follow him.

Dillinger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dimagiba's guard.
Dimagiba is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dillinger throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dimagiba was covering up waiting for the punch and Dillinger finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Dimagiba shoots in for a takedown but Dillinger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Dillinger shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dimagiba manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Dillinger looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Dillinger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dimagiba has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dillinger has managed to get both his arms back between Dimagiba's legs - danger averted.
We've been informed that Dimagiba has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Dillinger drops back looking for a leg! Dimagiba is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dimagiba manages to kick Dillinger off! Dillinger jumps back into Dimagiba's guard.

Dimagiba has momentary wrist control but Dillinger slips an elbow through the middle.

Dillinger seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Dimagiba for as long as he can get away with.
Dimagiba wants to stand and escape but Dillinger is having none of it.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Dillinger manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Dillinger has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dimagiba is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Dillinger has picked Dimagiba up - he's going for a ride! Dillinger dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dimagiba changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dillinger tries to avoid it but Dimagiba manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dillinger to the ground. Dillinger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dillinger breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Dillinger slips a nice elbow through Dimagiba's hands, connecting with Dimagiba's forehead.

Dillinger is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Dillinger moves into full mount! Dimagiba won't be happy about that!
Dimagiba is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Dillinger lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Dillinger is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dimagiba is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Dillinger seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dimagiba does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well Dillinger has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
