Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Randy Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Lyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Austin Lyle will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sosa darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Lyle has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sosa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Lyle has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sosa clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Lyle has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Sosa has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sosa breaks Lyle's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
