Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Fadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fadden shoots in and gets a takedown into Patton's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Patton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fadden's guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Patton working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Patton cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Patton looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Fadden covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

Rick Patton really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Ace of Spades Clothing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
