The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Estes fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wong to the ground. Estes is now in Wong's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wong looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Estes is working Wong over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

It looks like Joe Wong has been cut.
Estes postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Estes sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wong's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Estes tries to control but Wong wriggling away.

Estes working for a guillotine from mount but Wong is in no mood to give up.
Wong is in a horrible position here. Estes smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Joe Wong's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Joe Wong's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
