Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lias Kota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Feds Watching kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lias Kota!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lou Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kota throws a nice looking combination but Wallace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kota shoots in and bounces Wallace off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kota postures up in Wallace's guard and throws a big left but Wallace blocks it.
Kota throwing strikes but missing.
Kota connects with a couple of short punches.
Kota works over Wallace with some ground and pound from guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kota loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kota in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kota working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Wallace looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kota looking to pass the guard.
Kota postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Wallace wants to sweep but no luck.
Kota postures up.
Kota postures up in Wallace's guard and throws a big left but Wallace blocks it.
Kota throws a strike but Wallace rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Wallace trying to control but Kota is working from the bottom.
Wallace trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Wallace wanted to stand there but Kota had control of the position.

Kota has his foot on Wallace's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wallace works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wallace trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Wallace must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Kota has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wallace can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kota avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Wallace has gone for a leg lock! Kota slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wallace's guard.
Wallace pulls Kota in close to his closed guard and prevents Kota from doing any damage or advancing position.
Kota throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wallace works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kota definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wallace takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Kota scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wallace to see if he's OK.
Kota works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Wallace looks winded!

Kota working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Kota is working to tighten his grip on Wallace's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wallace has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kota is really squeezing tight and eventually Wallace passes out! Kota breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Lias Kota!
A victorious Lias Kota thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
The defeated Lou Wallace had this to say: 'Aint Ever Losing AGAIN!!!!!'.
