The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Juste takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Renan St Juste has been cut.
Uusisto connects with a right hand. St Juste shakes it off.
Nice body kick from St Juste.
Uusisto scores with a jab to the body.
Uusisto lands a nice shot to the body.
St Juste scores with a spinning back kick!
St Juste swings for the body but Uusisto moves out of range.
Uusisto cracks St Juste with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uusisto blocks a low kick nicely.
Uusisto moves into range and clinches up with St Juste.
St Juste trying to stall but Uusisto improves his position.
Uusisto tries to throw a body punch but St Juste avoids it by throwing Uusisto back against the cage.
Uusisto tries to work over St Juste's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Uusisto blocks a body shot from St Juste.
Uusisto lands a hook that snaps the head of St Juste backwards.
Uusisto is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Uusisto is pushing St Juste up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uusisto misses with the head strike.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Uusisto is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
St Juste pushes Uusisto back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Uusisto wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but St Juste has him pressed against the cage.
St Juste is pressed up against the cage. Uusisto has hold of a leg and is looking to drag St Juste down to the mat. St Juste avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That kick from St Juste tenderised Uusisto's leg. Uusisto is trying to keep his angry face on.
Uusisto misses with a shot to the body
and St Juste counters with a one-two to the body.
Renan St Juste is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Uusisto takes a swing at St Juste's ribcage but misses.
St Juste jabs Uusisto right on the nose. Uusisto blinks but takes it well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Oooooh!!! St Juste has knocked Uusisto down with a huge combo! St Juste steps away and waves a wobbly Uusisto back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Uusisto is rocked!
It looks like Jurmas Uusisto has been cut.
BOOM! St Juste lands a beautiful left hook that drops Uusisto. Uusisto tries to recover but St Juste is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Uusisto lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
