Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankestein Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quintus Daedalus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mir comes into the arena with SURF RIDER!!! by The lively ones! blaring out of the sound system. Daedalus has chosen Spartacus Soundtrack as his entrance music. Quintus Daedalus has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quintus Daedalus!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mir lands a nice leg kick that just misses Daedalus's sensitive parts.
Mir lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Daedalus circles away quickly and effectively.
Daedalus tries to close the distance and clinch but Mir swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mir feints a jab promting Daedalus to slip. Mir then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Daedalus slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Mir shoots and misses
and Daedalus counters with a straight right hand.
Daedalus tries to clinch up but Mir circles away and keeps his distance.
Daedalus gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mir throws a head kick but Daedalus moves out of range.

Mir misses with a head kick.
Daedalus doesn't manage to clinch there - Mir circles away.
Mir attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Mir shoots in looking for a takedown. Daedalus tries to sprawl out of it but Mir keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Daedalus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Mir drives through with a takedown into guard.

Mir postures up in Daedalus's guard and throws a big left but Daedalus blocks it.
Mir has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mir stops Daedalus from standing up.
Daedalus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Daedalus manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mir is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
A nice elbow there by Daedalus.
Daedalus prevents Mir from getting the reversal.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mir wants to control but Daedalus is having none of it.
Mir keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Daedalus is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mir can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Mir is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Daedalus loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Mir scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Daedalus land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Daedalus stands and salutes the crowd.

A relieved looking Quintus Daedalus thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
