Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Paltiguera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaan Jalgratas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paltiguera kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Enter Sandman. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jalgratas connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Paltiguera's hands.
The fighters circling - Paltiguera throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jalgratas pushes Paltiguera away with a front kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Jalgratas finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Jalgratas takes a swing at Paltiguera's ribcage but misses.
Jalgratas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jalgratas lands with a kick to the temple. Paltiguera shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Nick Paltiguera has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Paltiguera ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jalgratas moves away.
Jalgratas throws a monster overhand right that drops Paltiguera! Jalgratas follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jaan Jalgratas!
