Winchester has chosen Carry on my wayward son as his entrance music. Sam Winchester is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrington lands a nice shot to the body.
Winchester swings widly with a right hand
and Harrington counters with a solid body kick.
Winchester misses with an uppercut
and Harrington counters with a nice low kick that buckles Winchester's knee momentarily.
Winchester thows a body shot but no joy.

Winchester instigates a clinch.
Harrington has Winchester pressed against the cage, preventing Winchester from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Harrington walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Ashley Harrington has been cut.
We've been told by Harrington's head coaches at gym closing that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Winchester throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Harrington swings for the body but Winchester moves out of range.
Harrington throws a low kick but it's checked well by Winchester.
Harrington takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Winchester, as that shot connected.

Harrington is rocked!
Winchester lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Harrington falls backwards - clearly groggy! Winchester dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sam Winchester!
A relieved looking Sam Winchester thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
