Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexis Savvidis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexis Savvidis looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kim drives through with a takedown into guard.
Savvidis looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Kim thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Kim drops back looking for a leg! Savvidis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Savvidis manages to kick Kim off! Kim jumps back into Savvidis 's guard.
Savvidis looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kim is one step ahead there.
Savvidis is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Kim drops back looking for a leg! Savvidis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Savvidis manages to kick Kim off! Kim jumps back into Savvidis 's guard.

Kim's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Kim stays in close to Savvidis 's body and controls the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lee Kim hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Kim feints and as Savvidis raises his hands in defense, Kim changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kim slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Kim tries to free his leg and advance position but Savvidis is retaining full guard.
Kim is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Savvidis looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Let's hope that Kim has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Lee Kim.
Kim scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kim, right into the meat.
Kim scores with a jab to the head.
Kim fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Kim lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Kim dives in and scores a takedown into Savvidis 's guard.
Kim forces his way into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kim passes to full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kim takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Savvidis wants to hold on but Kim pushes him away.
Kim with shots to the head and body - Savvidis looks very uncomfortable down there.
Savvidis in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Savvidis defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Kim.
Kim looking to control and managing it successfully.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kim's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee Kim dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Kim! Savvidis is out on his feet! Kim rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Savvidis is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Savvidis is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
