Rousey has chosen Creepy Jackalope Eye by Supersuckers as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cecere throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rousey sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rousey is looking to land body kicks.
Cecere throws a leg kick but Rousey sees it coming and moves out of range.
Cecere throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Julian Cecere seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cecere jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cecere uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rousey.
Cecere jabs Rousey right on the nose. Rousey blinks but takes it well.
A nice inside leg kick there by Cecere. That's going to slow Rousey down.
Rousey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Rousey takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Cecere's corner calls for a 1-2. Cecere obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Cecere looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rousey thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Cecere knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rousey on the ground.

Rousey advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rousey lands a big shot there that rocks Cecere but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Rousey is trying to control here but Cecere has managed to regain half guard.
Rousey is looking to advance position but Cecere won't allow it.

Cecere on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cecere tries to get out of the position.
Rousey is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Cecere!

Rousey goes for an armbar but Cecere turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Cecere.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rousey tries to control but Cecere wriggling away.

Cecere tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rousey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Rousey closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Cecere quickly recovers to half guard.

Rousey maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Cecere could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Rousey has cracked it and Cecere is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Rousey!
