Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Alaniz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denis Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alaniz comes to the cage accompanied by Slippin. Burza has chosen Du Hast - Rammstein as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Denis Burza!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alaniz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Burza.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Burza.
Burza is trying hard to land a takedown here. Alaniz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Burza decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Burza closes this distance looking for a takedown but Alaniz circles away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Alaniz enables Burza to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Alaniz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

A big strike lands for Burza! That's really hurt Alaniz and he's turned his back - Burza keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Burza jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Denis Burza decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Charlie Alaniz stepped up to the mic, saying 'congratulations'.
