Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marenia rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vrey moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marenia wants to stand but Vrey is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Rayvan Marenia will probably get the nod.

Vrey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marenia moves away.
Martin Vrey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vrey misses with a straight left.
Vrey throws a hook but Marenia blocks it.
Marenia scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Marenia seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vrey does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Marenia looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Marenia moves into full mount! Vrey won't be happy about that!

Marenia throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Vrey really wants to buck Marenia off and get back to his feet.
Marenia is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Vrey is in real trouble.

Marenia working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Vrey is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Marenia has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Vrey taps out!
