Masters is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Living in America. Ken Masters has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomo Fukasawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Ken Masters!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Fukasawa.
Masters fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fukasawa manages to avoid it.
Fukasawa clobbers Masters with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Masters lands a nice leg kick that just misses Fukasawa's sensitive parts.
Fukasawa ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Masters has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Fukasawa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Masters circles away quickly and effectively.
Fukasawa misses with a series of wild punches.
Masters connects with an inside leg kick.
Masters jabs at Fukasawa's body.
Ken Masters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Masters changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A big left from Fukasawa misses.
Fukasawa lands a nice looking body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Masters displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Masters fakes the leg kick and cracks Fukasawa in the body.
Masters on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Fukasawa feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Masterss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Fukasawa throws a predictable looking body shot
and Masters makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Fukasawa really felt that one!
Masters ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Masters dodges the punch combination from Fukasawa.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Masters throws a nice looking combination but Fukasawa bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Masters throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ken Masters is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fukasawa thuds his right hand into Masters's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fukasawa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Fukasawa throws a nice looking combination but Masters bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Masters throws a sloppy head kick and Fukasawa moves out of range easily.
Fukasawa throws an off balance right hand
and Masters counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Fukasawa is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Masters scores with a leg kick.
Fukasawa moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Masters lands with a cross.
Fukasawa changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Fukasawa throws a left that rocks Masters and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Fukasawa dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Masters regain composure!


Masters is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fukasawa wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Masters, who protects the arm well.
Masters is still in real trouble! Can Fukasawa finish him?
Masters tries to escape but Fukasawa is in control.

Fukasawa is trying to get an arm triangle but Masters is defending well.

Fukasawa has an Americana. Masters didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Fukasawa is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Fukasawa hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tomo Fukasawa!
Tomo Fukasawa very nearly forgot to thank Kore Fight Nutrition [TG] amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
