The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenova takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Gun Slinga has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Jenova lands an impressive looking overhand right. Slinga doesn't seem phased though.
Slinga's corner calls for a 1-2. Slinga obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Holy Jenova has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Slinga ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Slinga swings away with a body shot that misses
and Jenova counters with a nice body kick.
Jenova thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Jenova crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Slinga - the referee stops the clock and Jenova gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Slinga. Jenova manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
