Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Reva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Ripgut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reva comes to the cage accompanied by Hopeless Wanderer. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripgut buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ripgut throws out a leg kick but Reva moves out of range and Ripgut only half commits.
Reva looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Reva is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Reva bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ripgut's head.
Ripgut is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Reva had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
