Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lane Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes to the cage accompanied by Raining Blood. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been hearing good reports from Green's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

My spies in London MMA Club inform me that Brooks has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Green has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Brooks takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Green cracks Brooks with a big right hand but Brooks just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Green, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
