The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pulkkinen as he avoids it easily.
Martinez lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Pulkkinen lands a really nice looking cross but Martinez seems unphased.
Martinez takes a jab right on the kisser.
Pulkkinen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
BOOM! Pulkkinen lands a beautiful left hook that drops Martinez. Martinez tries to recover but Pulkkinen is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Martinez lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
