Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan comes to the cage accompanied by Vamos. Kruger has chosen Tnt as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Kruger!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger lands a nice hook to Jordan's body. Jordan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kruger feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jordan's calf.
Jamal Jordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kruger scores with a jab. Jordan acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jordan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jordan throws a sloppy head kick and Kruger moves out of range easily.
Kruger misses with a low kick as Jordan jumps back.

Jordan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kruger.
Jordan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kruger moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jordan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sloppy strikes from Jordan. Those never looked like landing.
Jordan connects with a high kick.

We've been told by Jordan's head coaches at Real Fighter GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jordan. Kruger does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Kruger counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jordan won't be happy with that.

Kruger winds up and cracks Jordan with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kruger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jordan's head.

Kruger is nestled in close to Jordan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

A relieved looking John Kruger thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
