The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gullit throws a poor cross that misses
and Adabisi counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Adabisi looks to land a combination but Gullit avoids it well.

Gullit pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Adabisi back to the cage. Gullit follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Adabisi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gullit to score with a decent uppercut.

Adabisi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gullit had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gullit, as that shot connected.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gullit looks to land a right hand but Adabisi moved out of range.

and Adabisi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gullit lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Adabisi circles away quickly and effectively.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ruud Gullit will probably get the nod.

Adabisi lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Gullit falls backwards - clearly groggy! Adabisi dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
