Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Levi King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lou Reed - Perfect Day kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King throws a right and a left that Souza avoids nicely.
King blocks a jab.
Souza throws a body punch but King moves out of range.
Souza misses with a body shot.
Souza displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as King throws out the jab.
Souza ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Souza takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
King takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
King thows a body shot but no joy.
Souza's hands are dropping dangerously low here and King connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Souza scrambles back to his feet.

We've been told by Souza's head coaches at Ballas Only that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Some bone on bone action there as Souza checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

King will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
