Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernardo Marcias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RV Malapitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcias comes to the cage accompanied by Cisco Kid. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcias fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Malapitan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Malapitan lands with a shot to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Malapitan, as that shot connected.
Marcias ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Marcias works Malapitan's body with a nice hook.
Malapitan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marcias moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Malapitan just misses with a punch to the body.
Marcias motions for Malapitan to come forward. Marcias throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Marcias throws a leg kick that misses.
Malapitan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Malapitan misses with a left hand
and Marcias counters with a right hand to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Marcias wants to slow Malapitan down by chopping away at his legs.

Marcias is looking to clinch but Malapitan is avoiding it.
Malapitan dodges the punch combination from Marcias.
Bernardo Marcias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Marcias seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Marcias fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Malapitan, pushing him back against the cage.

Marcias manages to break the clinch.

Malapitan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Marcias doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Marcias.
Marcias scores with an uppercut up the middle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Marcias pushes Malapitan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Malapitan is rocked!
Marcias creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Malapitan with a big uppercut! Malapitan tries to clinch up but Marcias pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Malapitan to the mat! Malapitan covers up and Marcias unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
