Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Le Blanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Potz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Le Blanc comes into the arena with I Know It's Over - By The Smiths blaring out of the sound system. Craig Potz is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Craig Potz !
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Potz takes one to the side of the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Le Blanc. Potz does a little dance to reset his feet.
Le Blanc scores with the left hand. Potz knows he should have avoided that one.
Potz looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Le Blanc connects with a good right hand that stumbles Potz . Potz circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Le Blanc, as that shot connected.
Potz takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Le Blanc throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Le Blanc connects with a good right hand that stumbles Potz . Potz circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Le Blanc comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Le Blanc smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Potz throws a lazy uppercut
and Potz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Potz has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Potz there as he acknowledges the shot.
Le Blanc changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Le Blanc dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Potz clinches up with Le Blanc and pushes him back against the cage.
Le Blanc tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Potz 's elbow.
Le Blanc manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Le Blanc lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Potz throws a head punch that misses.

Le Blanc escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Potz has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Potz takes a jab right on the kisser.

Le Blanc thows a body shot but no joy.
Le Blanc throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Le Blanc connects with a looping right hand.
Potz avoids the body shot from Le Blanc.
Le Blanc sizes up Potz with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Le Blanc lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Potz at a distance.
Le Blanc's corner calls for a 1-2. Le Blanc obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Le Blanc here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
A left lands for Le Blanc.

Potz uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Le Blanc.
Potz takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Le Blanc fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Potz manages to avoid it.
A jab lands there for Le Blanc.
Le Blanc digs a good hook to Potz 's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Le Blanc lands a nice hook to Potz 's body. Potz takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Potz rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Le Blanc counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Le Blanc moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Potz takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Le Blanc swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Potz takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Potz gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Le Blanc swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Potz moves into the clinch.
Potz looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Potz has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.

Potz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Potz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Le Blanc, pushing him back against the cage.
Le Blanc is trying to maintain a safe position but Potz gets an underhook and turns Le Blanc into the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Potz misses with a punch to the body.
Potz fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Le Blanc is trying to maintain a safe position but Potz gets an underhook and turns Le Blanc into the cage.
Le Blanc has Potz pressed against the cage.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Kyle Le Blanc.
Potz walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Le Blanc lands with a hook. Potz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kyle Le Blanc showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Le Blanc, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
