The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farrelly connects with a nice looking jab.
Seamus Farrelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Farrelly takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Farrelly on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Sprinkles gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Farrelly is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Farrelly tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sprinkles changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Farrelly tries to avoid it but Sprinkles manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Farrelly to the ground. Farrelly escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Farrelly misses with a lunging right hand
and Sprinkles counters with a right hand to the body.
A combination from Sprinkles does no damage.
Sprinkles works Farrelly's body with a nice hook.
Sprinkles misses the shot to the body.
Farrelly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sprinkles manages to avoid it.
Nice body punch from Farrelly.

Sprinkles avoids the body shot from Farrelly.
Sprinkles looks to land a left hand but Farrelly moved out of range nicely.
Sprinkles has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Farrelly looks to score with a jab to the body but Sprinkles is just out of range.
Sprinkles takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Coconut Sprinkles has been cut.
Farrelly lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Farrelly misses with a lunging right hand

and Sprinkles holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Sprinkles is trying to push Farrelly away but Farrelly has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Farrelly lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sprinkles backwards.
Farrelly lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Sprinkles is still on wobbly legs! Can Farrelly finish him?
Farrelly blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Farrelly dips a shoulder and cracks Sprinkles with a mighty uppercut! Sprinkles falls back against the cage and Farrelly unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sprinkles is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Farrelly screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
