The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Floyd throws a head kick that misses.
Blachowicz tries a head kick but it misses.
Floyd could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Floyd gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Blachowicz is fighting to break Floyd's control of his arms but Floyd is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Blachowicz wants to stand but Floyd is controlling his posture from full guard.
Blachowicz pushes down on Floyd's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Floyd might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Blachowicz stands up out of the half guard.
Blachowicz blocks a head kick by Floyd.

Blachowicz forces Floyd back against the cage and clinches.

Floyd is trying to pull guard but Blachowicz turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Floyd tries to pull guard but Blachowicz holds him up against the cage and eventually Floyd drops back down to his feet.

Blachowicz lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Floyd.

Blachowicz manages to break the clinch.
Blachowicz lands with a kick to the ribs.
Good leg kick by Blachowicz there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Floyd is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Blachowicz lands a left and a right that sends Floyd crashing to the canvas! Blachowicz dives into mount looking to finish!

It looks like Osvaldo Floyd has been cut.
Blachowicz controlling his opponent.

The fighters circle, before Blachowicz throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Floyd's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Blachowicz lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
