Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Varg Veide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristan Alighieri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veide's entrance music is Bachman-Turner Overdrive - Taking Care of Business. A fine choice. Alighieri has chosen Mosquito Song by Queens Of The Stone Age as his entrance music. Varg Veide is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alighieri walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Veide thumps Alighieri with a low kick.
Veide looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Veide throws a jab but it's blocked by Alighieri.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Veide swings for the body but Alighieri moves out of range.
Alighieri lands a leg kick that knocks Veide off balance momentarily.
Veide shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Tristan Alighieri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alighieri ducks right into an uppercut from Veide.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Alighieri lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Veide has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Veide and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Alighieri throws a body punch but Veide moves out of range.

Alighieri throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Veide sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Veide bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Alighieri closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Veide connects with a leg kick. Alighieri looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Alighieri stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Veide.
Alighieri on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Alighieri chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Veide can pounce on him.

Veide throws a nice outside leg kick.
Veide cracks the inside of Alighieri's front leg.

Veide's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym.
Veide lands a brutal head kick. Alighieri looks out on his feet and Veide throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Varg Veide tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
