Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Truman Neal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyreke Vesilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyreke Vesilla has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Truman Neal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyreke Vesilla!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, John Mangel and Ron Honeybunn.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Vesilla.
Vesilla throws a leg kick but Neal sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Neal feints and as Vesilla raises his hands in defense, Neal changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Neal throws a big right hand that misses.
Neal has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Vesilla is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Vesilla has momentary wrist control but Neal slips an elbow through the middle.
Neal could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Vesilla working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Neal doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Neal manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Vesilla escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Neal gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Vesilla has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Neal can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neal is posturing up here but Vesilla has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Neal tries to roll out but it's too tight and Neal has to tap! Slick submission there by Vesilla!
