Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Storm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mikiya Hayashida!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm moves forwards but Hayashida connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hayashida scores with a kick to the body.
Storm takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hayashida tries a head kick but it misses.
We've been told by Storm's head coaches at >TAPOUT ELITE< that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Hayashida on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hayashida fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Storm stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hayashida.
Storm takes one on the button.
Mikiya Hayashida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hayashida throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hayashida tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Storm tries to close the distance and clinch but Hayashida swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Storm just misses with a punch to the body.
Hayashida throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Storm.
Sloppy strikes from Storm. Those never looked like landing.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hayashida.
Hayashida lands a front kick.
A jab from Storm misses.
Storm has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hayashida.
Hayashida scores with a head kick.


It looks like Johnny Storm has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hayashida lands with a kick to the temple. Storm shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Storm on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Storm looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Storm goes for a double leg but Hayashida avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hayashida continues to drive forward.
Storm is breathing heavily.
Storm is trying to force a seperation but Hayashida has the dominant position.
Hayashida connects with a knee to the head.
Storm takes a knee right on the jaw!

Hayashida escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hayashida throws a quick inside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hayashida throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Hayashida throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Hayashida plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!


Johnny Storm's cut is getting worse.
Hayashida throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
A jab lands there for Hayashida.
Hayashida lands with a slapping head kick.
Hayashida throws a nice head kick!


Storm is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hayashida connects with a solid leg kick.
Hayashida misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hayashida throws a head kick that looked like it stung.


Johnny Storm's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Hayashida scores with a head kick. Storm tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Oh Storm is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hayashida drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Storm right on the button. Storm goes down! Hayashida follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hayashida gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mikiya Hayashida!
Mikiya Hayashida very nearly forgot to thank Kore Fight Nutrition [TG] amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
